Massimiliano, you obviously have no idea what you’re talking about.

For one thing, Fuckabee’s position on the death penalty is basically “It’s a necessary part of our criminal justice system for those crimes for which there is no other alternative.”

Second, I don’t think the US Consitution mentions the death penalty. It only forbids (8th amendment) “cruel and unusual punishment”.

So, where do you get the idea that the Fuckabee meant “eliminate the death penalty” when he said “amend the Constitution”?

Dena, I don’t need to educate myself by reading the Fuckabee website. If you follow the link I posted you can hear the man himself talk about amending the Constitution. Anyone who is thinking of amending it to include his personal idea of what a god is or what a god wants is a fucking theocratic moron, I say.

In any case, I shouldn’t have a problem with it: it’s *your* constitution, not mine, and if you want it to be “in God’s standard”, whatever that means, then it’s *your* problem, not mine. I will just laugh in your general direction.

He’s not daongerous, he’s not racist, he’s not mean, or strict, you just don’t like him. Mike Huckabee is fine. If you’re an atheist I pity you, if you’re agnostic, you’re just not sure. However, you seem to hate him. You REALLY HAVE A PROBLEM!
