The parallels with JavaOne don't really apply, because that's a specific name of a conference (if O'Reilly were suing someone for a conference called the "O'Reilly Webx.yy Conference" then this buzz wouldn't be going on) which could cause confusion.

This is about discussion of technology under a particular term, one that Tim O'Reilly has been happy to see fostered for this time in many contexts besides conferences, where JavaOne is just a conference.</description>
