Looks like OS X Tiger for Intel has already leaked onto the Internet, and apparently someone succeeded in installing it on a Dell laptop.
To me, this looks suspicious. Might as well be PearPC.

To me, this looks suspicious. Might as well be PearPC.
The processor in “about this mac” would give it away. If it’s PearPC, it will list a PowerPC G3 or G4 because PearPC is a PPC emulator. If it’s real, it would say Pentium 4 or whatever.
Unfortunately, the text in the “About” box is too blurred to be readable. Moreover, the original page has been slashdotted or something, so is currently unavailable.
It might well be that the early releases run on a standard PC, but quite surely the next ones will not.
